Wade Wilson
Partner/Accountant
While Wade’s first job may have been milking cows at the crack of dawn on his family’s dairy farm, Wade Wilson got his start as an accounting manager at Orange Glo International. He worked his way up into various controller roles at a diverse suite of companies in the Denver, Colorado area.
Before too long the high altitudes and snowy winters of his home state started to get old so Wade made a break for the sun and surf of Florida to land at Greenlane Holdings. He founded the accounting department there and brought the company public in six and a half years. In 2020, Wade decided it was time to strike out on his own to start Wwilson Consulting, now rebranded as Eragon Business Solutions. He brings his decades of experience instituting industry standard operating procedures, operational excellence, and exponential growth to businesses of all sizes and kinds.
Wade enjoys travel, DIY art projects, and quiet evenings on his patio at his home in Clearwater, FL.
Cat Shaubach
Partner/Accountant
Originally from Lancaster PA, Cat Shaubach headed for the hills of Colorado as a peaceful place to raise a family. Long fascinated with numbers and puzzles, she started at a CPA firm managing multiple clients. She moved to the consumer packaged goods industry at Summit Creek where her role was a combination of HR and controller. With more facets to her skills than a 2-carat diamond, she combined her interests in technology and math at Centennial Energy, where she spent the next decade-plus. There she took on, the front office in a business analyst role leading successful software implementations, liaised with risk management, and was responsible for instituting processes maintaining compliance with risk management, contracts, and accounting.
